What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I've been playing the server for almost 4 years, and the experience gave me a good understanding of site policies, how to react in different RP scenarios, and also I had a lot of experience in different MTF regiments. I've also been active on IA agents during my time on the server. I have a good understanding of the Code of Conduct and how to apply it to the context. I'm also very active every day.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Carry out orders from the O5 council with A-1 members
- Responding to staff personnel who request an O5's assistance
- Signing documents on behalf of the O5 council
- Following the chain of command and authorizing different things (for example, AA / Code black)
- enforcing the code of conduct
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
In my 4 years on the server, I've been focused on combat roles, joining different MTF regiments. Now I want to try something new and become an OSA. OSA is a key to further progress in the Foundation's command structure, and I want to gain experience on non-combative CL4. Also, becoming an OSA means more RP opportunities for me.

Demar was offered a spot in the General Security Department after 3 years of service in the US military. He was given the position of SRU unit in the General Security Department in Site-9. After successfully repelling CI in a raid, Demar was recruited to MTF unit Nu-7 and transferred to Site-65. After 1 year in the regiment, Demar reached the rank of SGT, but during a CI raid, Demar was hit in the arm. The CO team of Nu-7 deemed that he's not suitable for the regiment anymore because he can't shoot with precision. Recovery from the gunshot would take a long time. MTF unit E-11 offered Demar a place in their regiment, but he will be demoted to PVT and start again, in desperate situation, Demar accepted the offer and soon transferred to MTF unit E-11. In E-11 Demar progressed swiftly, and after 7 months, he reached the rank of CPL. However, Demar's heart lies in Nu-7, and after proving himself to the CO team that he had fully recovered from the incident, he was transferred back to Nu-7 but as a PVT. This time, Demar reached the rank of SGT in only 6 months; however, during a joint raid of GOC and CI, he was shot again in the same place, and this time is worse. Department of Medicine told him that he can never shoot properly, which means he needs to resign from any combative roles. Currently, Demar has applied for the position of Overseer Assistant and is under review by the O5 council.
