What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Add an NPC, interactable, or command that has a separate account of funds for each department within the foundation
- Site Command could receive a monthly income of X in game dollars to distribute to different departments based on various factors such as needs, performance, etc.
- Allow Department heads to withdraw/distribute funding as needed, whilst any members of the department may view or add funds

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
- Not that I can see

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Would allow for more incentivized activity run by department heads
- Fines accrued by judgement of a tribunal may be added to department funds, instead of having them go into the pocket of the prosecutor
- Could allow for more higher level tribunals such as embezzlement & misappropriation of funds

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Possible misuse and funds being taken advantage of
- Inflation of server economy

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe with all things being stated here that adding some type of separate funds account would allow for department heads to reward their staff members more thoroughly. As it is only accessible to Department Heads & Site Command the funds would not be misused heavily. The implementation of this would encourage individuals to participate within their departments more in order to earn a possible extra bonus from their department heads for doing an exemplary job.

This was an already accepted suggestion by me.

I did not see this, my bad. Although I would like to see some sort of 'account' to store the funds in, that's where my suggestion originally stemmed from
