What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
As a member of ISD it is common for us to shoot the camera in the room and area when we are performing any longer activity in it to prevent people from watching us.
This makes sense.
What doesn't make sense is that we turn them into e-waste until someone decides to get it fixed.
I think you should be able to hack a camera to toggle its activation or force a feedback loop on it showing a video of an empty room or such, from the CCTV POV.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
ISD would stop leaving a trail of broken cameras after them
A more reasonable approach to disabling cameras
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Tech experts would have less interactions
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
As stated above, this action would make more RP sense for foundation members trying disable cameras without destroying foundation property.
