To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?: I have had a long history of warns and bans. Around a month and a half ago, I was banned for 8 weeks for griefing A1's roster. I suspect that this decision might have been changed due to my aformentioned history

What will you do to stop this from happening again: If I was to be granted blacklist amnesty, I would love to get the chance to play on the server again. I know what I have done in the past is wrong, and I would like to get a second chance and show that I am capable of following the rules on the server.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted?: Yes as I said, I was banned twice for MRDM and Minor Glitching; as well as the ban for griefing.
Why should you be unblacklisted: During my time in A-1, I received no warns. I believe this shows that I have the ability to follow rules.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I was A-1 for long enough get to CPL, I don't remember the exact length of time. If I was unblacklisted, I would try my absolute best to follow rules. I've been in the server since around July. During that time I got many infractions. At that point in time, I was less professional and unwilling to follow rules. After being off of the server for the amount of time I have, I feel that I have grown in my ability to do these things and am ready to rejoin the server.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: After my ban, the surface update was introduced. I would like to be unblacklisted so I could experience this "gigantic" update officially. I would love to be in GOC or B-1 because I find both of those experiences interesting. Finally, I have made many memories on this server and would like to continue doing so.
