Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
the most recent warn for failrp was a misconception with the thaumatologist job which happened shortly after i had returned.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?: I have quite alot of experience as moderator/admin in other servers.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: Yes I do
How many hours can you be on everyday?: 2-5
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: The reason why I want to be a part of the staff is because of several reasons such as the pop ups, staff recruitment drive, and a new position to enjoy.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: There might be doubts about my suitability for the staff team due to a history of a lot of warnings and bans. However, I really believe that these experiences could prove to be an advantage for the staff team, given my maturity and understanding. After a long time away from the server, I have returned with a different mindset. I honestly believe that I can bring about a positive change in the server and excel at enforcing the rules more effectively than most people.
I would like to say I know that breaking the rules are bad, but I also want to give you some reasons on why I would make a good staff member more than anybody else.
I think outside the box, because of things I've previously done I have a unique ability to push boundaries questioning existing rules, I can come up with innovative solutions and identify opportunities for improvement that we may have overlooked otherwise. embracing my nonconformity can lead to breakthroughs and new approaches. I approach problems from different angles, thinking outside the box lets me see opportunities and solutions that other staff members may miss. I hope this can diversify peoples opinions and realize just how beneficial someone like me could be. I'm aware of the standard but would still like to try regardless.
