096, when pacified, stands still, and cries

096 is only allowed to go where the target(s) are. 096 can beeline straight to D-block only if the picture spawns there, and when someone looks at it
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Step 1: someone needs to put a bucket over 096 to prevent any other people from becoming the target, and so their scrambles do not last forever. Step 2: Use a containment beam to pacify 096 when still enough/reached target (I saw this) Step 3: cuff 096 and put back in containment chamber
