Denied Donation Guitar that d-class can equip.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
1. Let face it. Guitar doesn't reach enough players. I nominate that not just D-class Scout (part of kit) able to have it. All D-class allowed to have it if they unlocked it on Donation. Since you can't use it to hit other players with.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
1. Doubt it. Almost no one cares about d-class.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. Less reasons to kill guards possible? Keeping them (D-class) entertain when getting scrap.
2.D-class could get more creative ways to distract Foundation for d-class evil plot.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1. Possible mic spamming
2. Trolls

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
1. Despite possible mic spam and trolls. It'll give something of d-class to do while...waiting for a riot to happen. Or Sweep to complete.
