What does this suggestion change:
To not allow SCPs (Possible exception to 073) to take documents from wallboard via

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- SCPs will not be able to take out documents from wallboards and either take or destroy them.
- Newer Players as SCPs wont have hands on a piece and get into an Admin sit for Fail RP as nothing in the MOTD doesn't mention about SCPs talking documents while breached or not
- Site administration, Researchers, CI and Redacted groups wont have to worry about an SCP taking documents.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- SCPs wont be able to roleplay as a Binder holder
- I honestly have no idea of a negative
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This should be added to avoid newer players being inside of a admin sit for something as simple as this. This will avoid distaste for the server if not clearly stated in MOTD. If not clearly stated in MOTD or there will be possibly more incidents such as this in the near future with new players being confused on why they got a warning for something not clearly stated or prevented.
