Denied Door Charges in Armory/Dispenser

This suggestion has been denied and will not receive development.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add Door Charges to either one of the normal armories or Advanced Armories. Alternatively, they could be dispensed from dispensers similar to grenades. These would be accessible to those possessing Level - 3 Clearance and above.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Roleplay Encouragement
Nu-7 is not always available, especially Corporal+, 24/7. Whenever an Nu7 CPL+ is not on, the Foundation is now completely restricted from being able to breach locked buildings. This restricts roleplay potential for raids, info breach sweeps, and other forms of roleplay entirely.

+Realism
The Foundation is capable of providing mini-guns, nerve gas, futuristic weapons, and military grade equipment. A simple peace of equipment to temporarily damage a locked surface door is not out of the realm of possibility for the Foundation to provide in the event of a lack of Nu7

+Balance
The Nu-7 Specialist, even if one is online, can only use the breach charge once. In some buildings such as the ranger station, you could need up to three charges to blast through everything. You would then need a bare minimum of three specialists, or constantly have the specialist kill themselves and return. This balances that out, and saves everyone the awkwardness and frustration

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Raids
Foundation raiding houses during info breaches would become easier, which I'm sure would irritate the minges who spam /oc O5 Council and hide in the ranger station.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall, the Foundation needs an alternative method to retrieve Door Charges. Everyone does. Adding them to the armory or advanced armory (or dispenser) is the best solution, as it benefits all factions equally and does not disturb the balance of any one faction or side. C.I, GOC, and the Foundation could all benefit

How is it any more abusable than grenades, or if you put it in AA, how is it anymore abusable than nerve gas and miniguns?
You have see it from this side imagine some trolls or dclass would pick up cl 3 cards, run straight to the dispensers gets the doorcharge breaks cl4/cl5 doors with it. Let's say multiple people are doing this + they wait until the cooldown for the dispenser is over. This would cause many issues i'm sure there more things to list, but i think you get my point the possibility of abuse is still high. I remember a similiar suggestion has been denied before.

Not how those work.

Door charges dont work on keypaded doors only regular gmod ones

Grenades:

Guns:

Chemicals:

Nerve Gas:

Nitro:

Miniguns:

Guess we should remove all of those then? They could all be abused!! (spoiler: they are abused, but we have a staff team :0)
Yeahhhhhhh no.
Half of those things are from AA, but the other items are Limited. Door charges can be used to troll, without having any way staff can tell who used it unlike any other items listed

Or, and stay with me now, just make them more restricted like AA... make them only accessible to Level 4 jobs. Level 4 jobs have plenty of things they can abuse already but don't because they're trusted positions.

Literally any other solution than just the lazy "eh nah keep em gone" would be welcomed. Completely halting and forbidding an entire aspect of roleplay and combat operations all over maybes and what ifs is not reasonable. SCPs have the same exact tool to break any door they want, not just the wooden ones on surface, and they're not even whitelisted positions. They still troll with it and grief doors that they obviously never needed to grief. All doors end up repairing themselves anyways.

There's tons of abusable stuff in the server. That's why we have a staff team. They can investigate things. They have various logs that all can connect to each other to find out who griefed if anybody ever did. Restricting door charges to Level 4 is an even better solution if you're so concerned of abuse, because Level 4 are trusted jobs. There are non whitelisted jobs that can be even more destructive than normal Level 4 positions but we still have them. Again, halting RP over "maybes" is not reasonable. Some sort of alternative method needs to be introduced for door charges so rangers and civilians can stop camping in their locked homes with the Foundation having absolutely no method of getting them out as they continue to spam infobreaches on open comms.

Like I said, we cant see who used then if it is from dispensers. Also did you chance it drom cl3 to cl4? if you did, why not just put it in AA?
