Max Newbase Was born in Washington D.C. on January 3rd, 1992. He was a very talented kid.
During his young age, he was very interested in anatomy. When he was 6, his mother signed him up for "Family Link" School on Vashon Island.
Max would be the most competitive in his class during school, as he tried his best to get the best grade possible. He was always standing out from the most people he had met; he was more dark and a little bit crazier than others.
During his 15th birthday he was already getting transferred forward, as he had tons of potential within him; he was easily and remarkably solving problems that a 9th grader today wouldn't solve.

After he graduated from elementary school, his mother, "Elizabeth Jr. Base," would sign him up for Vashon Island High School, where he got great success in knowledge of human anatomy as he desired; he was very interested in fiction, cyborgs, and engineering later on in his life.
At the age of 19, he would already move out from his single mother's home. He began working at a restaurant chain, "McDonald's." He was doing great and good; he was renting an average apartment in Washington. He never really experienced cities, so this was new for him.
During his 19th year, he would get really deep into human anatomy and think about doing some experiments, such as giving human body parts that would regrow, making a new human organism from scratch, or even developing an AI that works inside a human body...
He would later on send an application to the Center for Neurotechnology to find a better job than his average one; he strived to be the best after all! Months later his application was accepted; weeks later his job appointment as a researcher in the institute was concluded, where he of course was accepted.

The director of the Center for Neurotechnology found him quite interesting and decided to let the man get his hands on his dreams... In the institute, Max made himself one of the best workers. He found his life call. He would research biology and anatomy for tons of years and has helped the center develop far more than it expected. During his job times, he has made many illegal projects in secret with dead bodies that he got sent from the morgue; the director had zero suspicions as he was one of the best researchers they had. Max would develop new functioning mechanical arms that were fueled by electricity, which he controlled using another device he made, a remote that actually controlled humans; however, that required him to inject his special blood samples into the body for it to work properly.

The special blood samples wouldn't die inside a dead organism since they're mechanical. one of his creations yet was his own voice; his voice was described as an odd anomaly by civilians that had heard him; he had the ability to change how loud his own voice was; he could even play music from his mouth and change voices. He could be loud to the point where he could make a person go deaf if he said a singular word without hurting himself while he was at it. As years go by, he finally developed his voice, which many people would see as... weird and odd. Max was slowly changing and changing... He was more odd and odd; many bodies were found in the institute, which had very disgusting and bloody experiments made on them; many had their ribcages open, many had their jaws replaced by disgusting things, and many even had elongated eyes. Some had mechanical skeletons, and some guy was even turned into a giant mech made of flesh, blood, and wires; Max was truly a genius. But of course the Center for Neurotechnology did not accept Max for his disgusting doings; he was fired and taken into custody by the police department and taken into judgement, where he was judged to be rotting forever in a mental asylum that is in Canada.

Since they knew he was too dangerous to stay in the US, he was banned from visiting the United States of America, even if he got freed somehow. He was locked inside some asylum that has no name, deep underground, kept in a bunch of chains as he fought back against the people since he had one ability that allows him to manifest anything he wants, something not super huge but something average, such as a gun or a lightsaber that can cut through anything. He got that ability from having a core instead of his heart, which he had replaced in his early ages during the research times of the Center for Neurotechnology. Years... after years... he rotted in this containment; his skin became more pale; however, his attitude was still the same.

He was mostly friendly towards the staff, as he understood it had to be this way... On one particular day, however, everything changed. SCP Foundation has entered the mental asylum to meet Max Newbase, where they had the right technology to disable his core and minimize his lethality and keep him alive at the same time. Max was fascinated by this; he truly was... But then Max got moved to Site-65, where he was temporarily kept in a containment cell built personally for him; however, as time passed, they decided to use Max as a researcher for more successful units in the infantry, as they need more geniuses such as Max. He proved himself to the SCP Foundation and was hired as a Jr. Researcher for Site 65, where he can roam freely around the containment, but his abilities were chosen to be disabled in case he would breach and free SCPs. What remains of him is his voice and a few gadgets built into his body.
