- 2 Fail rp warnings one of them was for being combative on civilian, the other I do not remember

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
- Here on my time on the server, around site, and on discord I have gained knowledge on how SCP's work,
What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?:
- When 096 is pacified, he can aimlessly wander after a minute of sitting, while he sits and/or wanders he is to sob, cry, then scream if his face is to be seen.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
- When the door is open and he is considered breached (its the last rule of 096, he is considered breached if the door is open/broken, if his picture is out, or if someone has seen his face). He can aimlessly wander around the site while trying to not be seen. He cannot go directly to a possible large group of people on purpose to be seen, now if he has a target (Either through seeing his face or through his picture) he is permitted to go anywhere where his target is to Violently Obliterate the target. It is a luck of the draw but to reiterate what i said, while passive he is not to purposely go to where large groups of people are without a target
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
E11, GSD, or SCU should put on scrambles as the very first thing, After that they should get a bucket from one of the many supply closets and cover 096's face with it. Once he is pacified or he has killed all targets, He is to be pacified through the anomaly containment beam, After that he must be cuffed with SCP restraints and dragged back to his CC with a tech expert to repair his CC doors.
