Denied E-11 LCZ Spawn

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add an additional spawn location somewhere within LCZ. The ideal location would be the SS as it was before. Additionally it could be in the Additional Armoury near SCP-914. It currently takes 2 minutes to go from E-11 bunks to Old HCZ Checkpoint (with doors open). This makes gameplay repetitive and tiresome when SCPs have breached into LCZ or even into EZ.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Faster E-11 response times/ faster recontainments
Improve E-11's mental state and the gameplay loop

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less fun for SCPs
May cause less E-11 to be in HCZ

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The positives vastly outweigh the negatives here. Given the size of the new HCZ, without a LCZ spawn, E-11 is going to be come less useful and restricted. Breaches will last longer and may be worse.

This would improve the gameplay loop for E-11, allow E-11 to obtain AA more often to deal with breaches and will increase reaction times of E-11 when SCPs have reached LCZ.

E 11 are the ones who mostly respond to breaches which usually means they die a lot. It makes wince to have a secondary spawn outside of HCZ

This or There is AA somewhere within HCZ as E-11 barely use AA any more as it doesn’t make much sense to run off for 10 mins to get an auger and then run back and shoot it for a but

pure aids trying to RC a breach while dying over and over again and running for so long to just die. a lot of e-11 are leaving mid breach or even leaving the reg because of this

Makes sense since Nu-7 have a garage spawn, and getting to LCZ to deal with a breach is super annoying and currently getting AA takes ages.

•CM/CS would have to have new bunks constructed, which might mean a room in Medbay will have to go and Containment Specialist will have to spawn with GS again;
•They'd have to create said bunks, it would take time and effort to construct some bunks for E-11 to use;

Based on the positives and the negatives I still massively feel like this should be done. However, the question is where?

They could use the lower armoury for them and it would only need to be a bed or two as it’s not primary bunks

Yes it is definitely a concern.

E-11 primary bunks are so large there would be little need for a fleshed out secondary bunks.

As Jonas said the LCZ Lower Armoury could be used, replacing the prop boxes currently in it with a spawn point.

DEA's secondary spawn is just in garage as well with no bunks so it could even be a spawn and nothing else.

It genuinely feels stupid when people auth AA with E-11 prioritised when we can’t even get to AA in the first place

Could just let us spawn in the same bunks as them, really wouldnt change much.

It's an absolute nightmare for E-11 to respond to breaches in LCZ or EZ. It's such a nuisance and not fun at all. Adding a spawn point for them in secondary armory or security bunks that they can use for emergencies would be great. Breaches have been way too chaotic lately
