I have decided to deny your PAC due to the following reasons.
It would appear that your PAC is a direct halo model with some E-11 heraldry which is out of place for the SCP universe- mainly due to the halo model. It would require extensive modifications that could re-identify it away from that before being considered seriously.
Your request will now be locked and marked as denied.
