What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion, as the name already kinda reveals, is to enable GMod's graffiti feature on the server. Mostly everyone who has played GMod in the early 2010s knows about this feature. My suggestion is to mainly use it for Department Posters (which are mainly on UK from what I'm aware) or to use it for vandalism, which would give law enforcement a bit more engagement as they would need to seek out said individuals who use their sprays to vandalise the site.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't think so, at least I didn't see anything.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- More RP engagement using propaganda like department posters as sprays
- Enabling vandalism-like RP which would bring actual cause to the Vandalism charge of the FLC (potentially adding a Vandalism 2 charge for graffiti)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Specific rules would be need to put in place to prevent mass abuse of this feature, as it'd let you use basically any image as a spray.
A lot of sprays being placed, which could be prevented by the above mentioned FLC charge.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Well for starters, I think this would give us some more things to RP with, since people can put up their selfmade posters up without the need of SL who would need to perma prop the previously made posters. It would also encourage smaller conflicts between rivaling departments as sprays can be placed over eachother, enabling others to spray something over other sprays, e.g. transparent crossed out marks, department mottos, etc.
