Why should you be unbanned: i should be unbanned because as 2295 u can do dmg to anyone and i didn't even try to hurt anyone and this affected none but made 3 people laugh a little and the worst that happened is i lost 3k
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I ensure that i wont break any other rules is every thing day i will go threw all the fricking rules and read them all intill i know then off the back of my hand.
Why do you want to re-join this server?: i want to re-join the server because it has a very good people who play it and i like to go on and have a little fun but one dud always come in and ruins it all

Hello Monkeytophat, I was the one that issued the ban, The other moderator who was dealing with you had requested me to confirm a class X FailRP warn as he explained to me that you had used a weapon as 2295 whilst you also admitted it mid sit as well. I then teleported to "wade" and checked your previous warnings which had multiple FailRP warns in which added up to a class X, due to you also having previous stacked bans, the failRP class X ban would have added up to a Stacked bans class X. And thus is the reason for the 27 Week ban. Thank you~PEEK

You said within the Sit you had used the weapon, but not hit anyone, using the weapon counts as shooting it, which is Fail RP. You have had multiple bans, and warns for Fail RP, so I then asked Peek to give you A Class X ban, which also gave you stacked Bans X.

From the information I have been provided, it looks like Peek made the right decision.

This ban wasn't issued just because you used a gun as SCP-2295, but because we use a class system for punishments, you can find this here.

You may re-appeal in 2 weeks when publishing your new ban appeal. Include some more information in it rather than 2 lines of text.
