Denied Fang-45 Change

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Decrease the recoil for the Fang 45, how is it possible for a big gun with such a small caliber to have an enormous recoil, the damage is mid but the recoil is insanely high

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Fixes this thing
- Realism
- Managable weapon

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- DEA Combative class is goated so that would be a buff to the util one
