Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site advisor for a few reasons:
Site advisors look over most of the site from medical, research MTF's Nu7 and E11 and more. I admire it having this ability to include itself in almost every aspect of the site. I have been a lot of roles within the site but apart from ECA, I've never had a non-combative CL4 role. I feel that Site Advisor would be a great step forward for me on the server. I enjoy every part of the server and have experienced most of it which and have enjoyed all of it.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Below I will list why I believe I am a suitable candidate for site administration:
Experience
As Previously mentioned, I have been a part of a lot of the foundations MTF and have achieved ranks which I am happy with. During my time in E11, I worked under some of the best CO's theres ever been in E11 including Luka, Redmann and more. I know what its like to be in E11 so I can connect with the members of E11 more.
In Nu7, I was a leader of the now dead squadron "Day-breakers". Daybreakers in short, was a surface based squadron which worked alongside DEA. With this experience similar to what I said about E11, I can assist the SOP where ever needed and make the right choices because I have that experience. An example of this is knowing when the right time is to authorise a main raid.
I was ECA under Redmann and although I wasnt running and gunning everywhere, I still liked the flow of the job assisting where needed but more over comms, giving advice where needed and making sure everything was ethical in E11/nu7 comms, etc. I also became a Sr Assistant during my time as ECA.
Finally, as of now I hold the position of Omega-1 CPT. During my time in O1, I have become the leader of the prosecutors squadron which handle a vast majority of the tribunals within Site-65. I was taught by the current -1, Athena everything I know about tribunals which has helped me loads. Of course, as SA I would eb unable to assist Omega-1 internally unlike E11/Nu7 more so, but I can still assist them in tribunals and what not.

Willingness to learn and grow
In almost every single job I've been in on the server, I started off clueless. I'm going to use the example of prosecutors. Prier to joining prosecutors, I was almost clueless about tribunals. I had never touched them before. But now thanks to the help of my superiors, I have became the leader of an amazing squadron with amazing people in it who consistently pump out a work load which I am very happy with.

Communication skills
In my opinion, communication skills is a heavily under looked skill on civil networks. Communication is key especially in Site administration where you are contacting so much departments for certain reasons. I believe I have very good communication skills over discord, in meetings, in game and more. With these skills I am able to transfer over information when its needed and in a simple, understandable manner.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
1. Assigning positions senior positions
Site administration have the duty of assigning people who they believe fit to positions such as:
Chiefs of secuirity
DEA Directors
Medical Directors
MTF Commanders (Nu7 and E11 only)
2. Assist in tribunals
Site administration personnel have the ability to Judge tribunals (more often lower level tribunals)
3. Handling issues brought to them by foundation personnel
If anyone in the site has an issue about someone, Site administration is key group to go to.
4. Completing audits on departments when needed
5. Authorising Advanced armoury when required
Site admin may authorise AA within reason to MTF personnel.
6. Handling directing tasking from anyone above you in the CoC
From time to time, someone above you in the chain of command may give you a specific order/task which you must complete
7. Handling (creating/tweaking) foundation documentation/policies
Site admin may have to change some policies some times as they may be outdated/irrelevant
8. Communicating with external GOI's over agreements/policies/treaties
Site administration have a role to play when it comes to GOI's especially the UNGOC. This may include arranging meetings, setting up treaties etc
9. Overseeing site staff, specifically the CL4's
Hypothetically, if a department/regiment was severely under preforming, Site admin may need to step in to do something. This may include handing out punishments to CL4 personnel if they havent had one given tot hem yet by their superior CL4.
10. Acting as a liaison/overseeing departments
Similar to No. 9, site administration personnel get assigned to a certain department and act as that departments "port of call". The SA in question also is the main person looking on how the regiment is doing, and at the end of the month if there is going to be a review the SA member will assist in writing this review.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
ACCESSING FILE No. 31690
FILE TITLED " Thomas Mc Gee"
DO YOU WISH TO PROCEED? Y/N
*Y*
OPENING FILE....
NAME - Thomas Mc Gee
DATE OF BIRTH - 1/4/1984
BLOOD TYPE - O+
PLACE OF BIRTH - Belfast, County Antrim, Northern Ireland
CURRENTNLY STATIONED AT: Site-12
INFORMATION:
On the 1st of April 1984, Thomas Mc Gee was born into a wealthy family in the city of Belfast.
Thomas grew up rather quickly, loving books and nature. He was an only child meaning he had the best education his parents could afford. His parents were wealthy and they lived in the hills in West Belfast, far above the destruction of "The Troubles" below.
Thomas attended Oxford University in England and studied modern languages, economics and philosophy. Thomas felt bored as if he didn't know what to do next.
He knew he had the brains to go anywhere he wanted after University but he was unsure. That all changed one day. He received a call from an unknown, British number. He answered it and to his his surprise, it was a job offering to become a
"Library assistant manager"
This all seemed strange, but he decided to go for the interview anyway.
The interview was unusual with many weird questions like "have you experienced anything out of the ordinary before?". Do they mean, aliens? or maybe more... your dog learned a new trick on his own. Thomas felt like making a dash for it out of there but after he heard the pay - he wanted to stay.
Well... it wasn't just the pay. Thomas adored reading and working in a library? Its the bank of books!
Thomas was hired and worked alongside a man by the name of Oran Kelly who was from Dublin. Oran had a "glass half empty" view on life and never seemed happy.
As Thomas fit his tie for his first day one more time before entering the library, he took a deep breath. He opened the doors to see halls, and halls of bookshelves, each reaching as high as he could see. Around them, men and women in lab coats and suits chatting around. As the door shut behind him it caused a loud boom. The room fell silent and the eyes of the people glared at him.
"Oh... *sigh* the new guy" said a man sitting down on a sofa.
"Welcome to 12 Thomas... my name is Oran and I am your boss, you will do what I say and so on are we clear? Great. Have they briefed you? Yes? No?-"
"Yes they have" Thomas said trying his best to lie.
"Great, then you know what to do get to work"
Thomas had no clue what this place was. As he sat down in his office he logged onto his computer. He read document after document learning about the foundation and what Site-012 is. For some reason he... didnt react like any normal person would. If anything, Thomas was excited. Why? You see Thomas not only read books but wrote them. This was a gold mine for him.
That was 5 years ago....
Thomas is now the manager of Site-12. Although yes its his dream to be there... he is getting quite bored of it. he requires a new challenge to test himself.
