Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted? No warns
Why should you be unblacklisted: It was a complete accident and it wont happen again
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Because i have never broken a rule before i was blacklisted
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: So i could play with my friends that invite me to play
