Fix the R&D & CI Medical spawn where you get stuck in the EST machine

Probably not

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
R&D dont get stuck when they spawn
You dont have to be killed / change whitelist / make a ticket to get unstuck

No

Because I dont like to be stuck

I have gone ahead and fixed that spawn location. If there are further issues please open a bug report ticket on discord.
