What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

This one is simple lads I'm just asking for the red phosphor NVGs to be tweaked by turning up the contrast and brightness a little as well as the range so you can see a little further than currently available.

Why? so that it can match the other ones, currently it feels like it doesn't and I don't know if anyone else has experienced this and/or also noticed the same thing.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

-People who prefer the red phosphor NVGs can actually enjoy them without the drawback of them only being able to see 2 feet in front of them
-Balance? (compared to the others)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Dev work?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Because this is an epic suggestion that could, in theory, be implemented quickly.

I dont think this guy read the change logs, nor saw how incredibly unusable the red & blue nvgs were beforeView attachment 19610
did you check change logs
I read the change logs. Why are you both assuming I didn't?

As they are now, they're not bright enough. You can barely see a few feet in front of you without the assistance of a flashlight.

Toning down the brightness and contrasts too much is an actual thing.
???

i'll be honest idk what i meant by saying that or how it correlated into my actual point, but:
It's been toned down for a reason, and that's because the old ones were an actual flashbang, especially the red one, as this suggestion aims to change. The red is especially burning on the eyes, so I feel like where it's currently at is best, anymore would be torture.

I disagree, just look at the picture above I posted.

Imo its too low, because if you cant see 10 people a few feet in front of you, then what good is the nvg really doing for you.. you might as well be running without them
