Fix the collisions of the entrance zone elevators.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[It fixes the two elevators leading to surface, asking this because multiple times have I either gotten stuck on the ascent up or down, I believe this is due to both states of elevator (above & below) having slightly different collsion boxes even though the mesh looks the same, it's especially prevalent for certain scps with abnormal hitboxes such as 082 and 173 who cant even enter the elevator due to their inability to jump and their large hitbox as well as 682 and 8854 frequiently getting stuck.]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[checked around here but no such thing to my knowledge but possibly been suggested inside the discord or is already a known issue by the developers.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[As this is just a bug fix suggestion I think there really is no reason to not implement this as soon as possible.
Also as mentioned prior those frustrating moments where you are playing as either an scp or a d class and suddenly get stuck on your way to surface can really turn things for the worse especially when you consider turrets and mtf nu-7 spawns.]
