Fix/Tweak the MK18 (GSD Captain Primary)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The goal of this suggestion is to introduce QOL changes to the MK18 since their are some issues with it right now.

First and foremost the biggest issue is the fact that putting any sight on the weapon makes it more frustrating to use. This is because instead of removing both the rear and front sight for the sight attachment it instead keeps the front sight blocking the view of the sight with a massive front sight that is cumbersome.

Second is to add a grip attachment slot mainly because the recoil of the weapon makes it harder to use at longer ranges.

Third is to increase the mag size from 30 to 40 rounds.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Captains will get a more viable weapon with reduced recoil and a more competitive mag capacity.
Fixing the sight will make it easier to use the gun and not force us to use iron sights.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More bullets and less recoil can make the weapon to powerful

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
With the recent change to DEA Special Agents primary I feel this would put the MK18 into a more competitive use for Captains making it so they are not forced to grab a weapon from armory that dose not have this issue. If anything the minimum should be to fix the sight post to make the weapon bearable.

+ Support EX Security Captain here. The gun is so bad I always waited at the gun npc to get both my perma weapons instead of using it. but perma weapons should be the solution to any issues, but 40 bullets mags seems a bit much to me.
