Why are you applying for Executive Researcher? I would like to become an Executive Researcher as taking up the position would allow for me to test on CL4 SCP's such as 682 , 079 or in the very rare case 008 and allow for much more original and at the same time interesting and engaging tests whilst also having Sr Researchers along side to also have an opportunity to learn from these tests and SCPs to further benefit their own future testing and even document writing. Being an Executive Researcher also gives me the opportunity to allow for Jr Researchers to have more of the documents they write graded and to receive feedback as currently most and even some Researchers will often skip over writing a full document for a test or uploading it due to the lack of grading and feedback they receive back leaving them with a document and no idea what they can improve on for the future and allowing for more Jrs and Researchers to have a passion and reason to want to progress further within the Research Department and become Sr's or even possibly Executive Researchers.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I believe I am suitable for Executive Researcher as I am willing to train new Junior researchers in how to test effectively and stick to the ethics guidelines and at the same time write up a good detailed report worthy of possibly even excellent grading with the correct guidance and knowhow to keep up to the standard of a highly rated and Excellent document, as they test and work there way through the ranks from Jr. Researcher to Sr Researcher and possibly even further. I would like to do this whilst also helping new researchers and maybe even researchers who have been doing it for an extended period of time explore new ways to format the documents and also give new ideas and interesting tests they could try for themselves leaving them with exciting new findings and a reason to test more and have a genuine passion for research and to produce documents worthy of a high grading at the end of such tests. Adding on to what I already said, I also would like to be able to grade documents and allow for Jrs to receive the feedback they deserve should they be new to the job and in need of someone to point them in the right direction to become a qualified and respected researcher.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent? 6. An excellent document or research study would be one that is written in a clear organised format aiding for easy reading whilst also including all the information needed to receive top grades for such test whilst including aspects such as the Method they wish to take, the aims a hypothesis and an overall conclusion of the findings from the test that should also be planned to be interesting and original that people do not typically read about or hear of. Whilst also using new and original ideas for the test they conduct and wish to write a document about allowing for new breakthroughs within the Research Department and allow for fellow researchers to take these experiments and expand on them during their own testing and experiments they wish to conduct in the future.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: As an Executive Researcher the role you play within RP is to mentor new Junior Researchers and teach them how to write well formatted and informative documents whilst also conducting a safe and ethical test in which does not intentionally harm anyone in the process abiding by all the laws and legal codex that is stated within the site as well as ethics guidelines, At the same time all Executive Researcher should also be helping to help any and all researchers with anything they may need to allow for them to grow as a researcher and become ultimately more productive within the job they do. Executive Researchers are also able to conduct lectures for any researchers to also aid with the process of training and guiding researchers especially those at Jr level. Aspects of being an Executive Researcher also branch out to ensuring Sr Researchers are aiding any researchers that they value from the information and help they have to offer just like those at their level would have done for them when they were once a Jr Researcher in the same position as the Jr's they now are mentoring and assisting to be at the level of them one day. As well as this Executive Researchers are also expected to maintain the high ethics standards of which the Research Department operates at day in day out, this could include ensuring all tests being conducted are in accordance to the code of ethics and stopping any tests that I feel is not suitable to take place immediately. Overall Executive Researchers hold a massive responsibility within the Research Department to maintain and also improve the standards of the department with little room for error and the whole department acting under responsibly and setting a good example of which every each Researcher plays a part within.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: Freddie Helinski is just like any standard middle aged man you would see in you're street or local superstore except he doesn't have the most simple of jobs that all might assume when simply bumping into him in the street, To anyone who does not know him personally would not realise the job he does and any who know are simply told to speak of it to no one. Little do many know Freddie Helinski has a highly secretive job working within Site65 as a Sr Researcher amongst other job titles but the main being a Researcher within the site. He did not start life as someone who was particularly interested within Research or even experimenting on anything of such but the day Site65 Contacted him asking if he would like to pursue a job as 'Jr Researcher' within a highly secretive facility that all changed with Helinski seeming to grow a burning passion for Research almost overnight.
After he started this new job it quickly became clear it was a job like no other and that he had little to no time to get acquainted with where he was or what to do next he was thrown in at the deep end and told to get on with it. Starting off as a Jr Researcher there were little opportunities open to you as far as living or at least somewhat living SCPs were open to you with the Inanimate SCPs usually being where you spent most of you're time when testing using SCPs such as SCP-1025 Or 'The Book' or SCP-3078 A popular one amongst many of the D-Class before they know about the effects of course being known as 'The Funny Picture' although things got a bit more interesting when Helinski reached his first promotion to Researcher also earning him a clearance upgrade to Level 2 also earning him better access to more interesting and advanced SCP's such as SCP-860-1 and 860-2 with it having its own dimension in a forest like land and -2 Itself being an odd creation no one really knows the origin of or what it actually is. However, this was nothing compared to what lied in store for Helinski when he eventually reached the position of Sr Researcher and earned himself Level 3 Clearance within Site 65 as once you reached this milestone within Research it was then you truly understood what was lurking within this site and especially in the Heavy Containment zone to which until his promotion to Sr he had only been to inside Heavy Containment once in his time at the facility and that was with a Sr to an SCP We could never really see. It was after this that Helinski found his true passion for research and conducting highly original and thorough tests of which some could take days or even weeks to conduct on SCPs such as SCP-049 Or 'The Plague Doctor' with his touch that cured the so called pestilence or SCP-076-1 and SCP-076-2 An ancient metamorphic stone box and a creature that seemed to regenerate every time after being killed no matter how it died, This also left Helinski in a position where he could never tell anyone not even his closest family of this information as it was simply classified to his peers at the same Clearance level and of course those above him. One day though after he discovered a breakthrough in an experiment conducted on SCP-049 of which he evaluated and questioned SCP-049 on his so called 'Friendship' or knowledge of SCP-035 he realised a position as Executive Researcher is what he had been looking for this whole time with his thorough experiments and such detailed documents that were produced at the end of such experiments with as much learnt by the end as possible, Which leaves him here today in this position finally submitting his application to become what he had been so desperate to achieve for the past few months.
Thank you for reading!
