"It's probably a bug, I'll send a notice to a technician to take a look."

Frederick W.B Mills, Ph.D.
ProfileBorn in Hammersmith, London in November 1983. Frederick W.B Mills lived in Abingdon, Oxfordshire for 18 years, before relocating to Peterborough to attend Cambridge University, to study Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics. Frederick graduated with a bachelor's degree, and later found employment in the Royal Atomic Energy Authority in Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Oxfordshire.Frederick discovered a scientific paper titled "Thaumatology: The Weirdest Modern Science". This paper has not been located by Foundation personnel yet, nor are there any previous records of it's existence. Two months later, Frederick applied to study at the International Centre for the Study of Unified Thaumatology (ICSUT), despite not being a thaumaturge himself, Frederick was accepted into the institute. Frederick completed his time at the institute with a Ph.D in Theoretical Thaumaturgy, with his final thesis on the subject of Elan Vital theory. Frederick claims to have been offered a position working for the Global Occult Coalition's PTOLEMY division, but declined the offer. There is currently no evidence to support this, however. On the 11th of March, 2015, Frederick W.B Mills, Ph.D., was inducted into the SCP Foundation as a Junior Researcher at Site-54. Current Assignments
