The 3-day ban is due to the fact you already had 4 active FailRP warnings, which, according to the staff punishment guidelines, results in a 3-day ban. Also, because the sit involved you breaking FearRP, I stuck that on as well, though that did not alter the time of the ban.

Also, I do not believe you having your punishment reduced/removed early would be beneficial, due to the less-than-apologetic answers given.

To my knowledge, it was due to the fact that prior to being banned, you had left the server after I teleported the Victim into a sit, presumably to try and avoid the punishment.
After waiting the required 10 minutes for you to reconnect and avoid the Left To Avoid Punishment addition, the punishment was issued.

After reviewing what both yourself, and the Staff Member involved had presented in this appeal it seems like you're quite insincere regarding this ban appeal and have put next to no effort into the ban appeal.
