What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
DEA Senior Agent+ should get a tool to breach doors on surface.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows DEA to do generate RP involving multiple GOIs including 'civilian' factions.
Maintains the veil of secrecy in roleplay

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Can be abused on foundation doors if in the wrong hands, hence why we should instead give it to Senior Agent or above as they are all tracked/rostered and can be punished if they misuse it.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
In the event we have to raid PD or any civilian houses we are unable to because we have nothing to open a locked door. Real life enforcement units would have access to things like door rams and satchel charges and it would make sense that DEA would get them, but currently we don't.

As an Ex AM, I would like to state that there have been multiple occasions where this would've come in handy. 99% was with annoying minge Rangers. To rely on Nu-7 to deal with such matters, was frustrating as 50% of the time they were dealing with other matters. And it's CSG+

Having Sr. Agents+ have breaching SWEPs would massively improve our RP. It could be a load out, that can only be used by one Sr. Agent+ with a cool down

However the "Sr. Agents" can't be trusted is untrue, or at least last I checked they worked hard for that promotion.

If an Agent is a minge, the last thing someone is going to do is promote him. And if someone is promoting minges to Sr. Agent then they shouldn't hold the role Agency Manager.
