What does this suggestion change/add/remove:[/B]
It would give Executives the ability to also credit Researchers for good work or in my case for attending a lecture.

I didnt see anything similar.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):[/B]
It would allow Executives to get more people to attend Lectures or other Research projects without a DoR involved.
It is a good way to encourage Researchers to continue how they do their work
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:[/B]
People would probably start to demand credits for just being there
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:[/B]
I think it should be accepted due to the increase in research-related activities that would be made possbile.
It would get more people to actually attend lectures. And even though they might just be there because of the credit, they could still learn one or two things about the topic.
