Denied Give GOC a musket for base defense (Including GSD and CI)

What does this add/change/remove?
This adds a musket to all UNGOC loadouts (Even non combative) in the UNGOC as the Council of 108 intended.
For balancing reasons we can limit the damage to 800 per shot.
We can also add flintlock pistols, cannons and bayonets all needing Cadet+ auth to use, this encourages Rp with GSD as we can then trade the gear to them for Dclass termination.

4 CI break into my Bunker, What the Devil??

I grab my Kentucky musket and fire a golf-ball sized hole through the Type Blue, he's dead on the spot.

I pull out my flintlock pistol and fire it at the second guy, I miss entirely because it's smoothbore and kill the Mayor (This will start Pinewoods next civil war)

I run to the roundtable and fire the cannon loaded with grapeshot.

"TALLY HO LADS!"

I fire and instantly vaporise the CI COM and a CI-A.

Finally I charge the jugg with my bayonet and stab him, getting gunned down in the process. But he'll bleed out as it's impossible to stitch up triple bladed knife wounds.
