Accepted Give GOC and CI power boxes

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give CI and GOC their own power boxes

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
CI and GOC aren't leeching on Foundation power and can RP as normal
CI and GOC can actually use their keycards without having to scan 1 million times for the door to open

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Might be hard to code

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted because this is a genuine issue that both surface GOI's deal with and it is very annoying having to deal with a surface breach as GOC and dying just take forever to open the doors to get back outside. Furthermore, this doesn't make sense in an RP sense since why would the UNGOC be leeching on Foundations power, it somewhat makes sense for CI but not for GOC since they have the funding for it.

i believe this would just allow ci / goc to turn off foundation power from their bbase by hacking them due to how the power system is spread between the entire map

B-but, I love not being able to exit bunks because Foundation has had a random power failure!

Instead of giving them their own power boxes, just take them off the Foundation's power supply all together so when the Foundation's power is being affected, it doesn't affect GOIs.

There's no reason for GOIs to have an in-game power supply in my opinion. They should just have constant power.

Ci literally have a generator AND GOC are rich enough to not need to piggyback off of F, so it should be common sense. Buut "GOIs are not the focus of the server"
