Give more incentive to testing on player SCP's and playing as SCP's

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Personally I find the current gameplay loop of the contained SCPs boring, its not fun to have to sit in an empty chamber
for 5 hours waiting in breach queue while the researchers just test with the inanimate SCP's, I propose XP Benefits for both sides to not only encourage
players to interact more with other players but to also encourage more players to sink time into playing SCP's either that or shorten breach times to prevent boredom and spice up gameplay.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
More XP incentive means more players test on other players leading to richer RP interactions as opposed to the standard affair of ordering a d-class into a tiny room with an object that just applies some status effect.

Decreased breach queue times can lead to a more interesting experience on site and can cause more interesting RP scenarios to occur more often
and will not only give Researchers, D boys and SCP's more to do, it'll give Gensec, MTF and Site staff more to do as well.

With more incentive to play SCP's a lot more people would consider spending money on VIP to play more SCP's

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More Incentive to play SCP's would of course mean SCP's are less available to play
Depending on how often breaches are it could be slightly immersion breaking for RP
Might make C.I raids less impactful if SCP's are breached TOO often.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think that if these suggestions are tuned properly that the negatives can be heavily mitigated.
The presented positives will absolutely encourage more players to RP more and will encourage many more people to play different roles
I believe that the presented suggestions can also be beneficial financially to YOU, the devs.
Please consider my proposal.

dont make breaches more common, period. If I want to breach ill just flag on an scp and play another game while waiting.

As for incentives, adding more incentives doesnt suddenly make everyone better at creating test ideas. The current credit system is fine for human players, but I do agree on some xp reward for the SCP when they are being tested on.

Why did you omit the prior suggestions part of the template?

Anyway, I tried something like this recently, and it was denied for not wanting to encourage people sitting around on the job for long periods of time, which IMO is kind of a wild take given that... That sort of thing is exactly what the breach queue in its current form incentivises, perpetuates, and it's what happens - But I can understand not wanting to exacerbate it.

I honestly would wait to see what comes of this (Which is what I intended my suggestion to harmonise with - In hindsight, maybe I should have mentioned this).
