What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adding/ giving a teamspeak role to mtf majors so they can have more control, sometimes there's issues that need moderation which can simply be handled if more role permissions were given (aka cant kick or remove perms from old members who continue to abuse channel perms to say bad stuff) or if theirs a lack of co's on and a new co joins our team being forced to call a mod to give them role perms (which half of the time a head mod isn't available)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. More control over the channel given to give teamspeak roles when a head mod isnt available
2. Able to actually manage unruly people within the channel
3. gives us more then just channel join perms for the co office and regular channel.
4.When inducting in new co's wont require mods to help
5. When lower ranked mods take sits, easily can give regimental perms to new recruits making the mods job easier.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1. Could reduce some staff interactions
2. Could be abused (which I highly doubt since it takes time and effort to become a major)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it seems a bit unfair that goc and ci (aka mcoms and majors) get these powers while the mtf majors get left in the dust getting major is difficult to get and the lack of actual teamspeak power is sad to see, it makes our lives much easier, plus I wouldn't be suggesting this if majors weren't regcom other than that thanks for reading.
