Accepted GOC energy problem

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds a "generator room" to the base of global occult coalition which can turn the lights on and off. If the generators of foundation go down, our lights and keypads would still work.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Foundation and CI already have it so why not GOC?
GOC could turn off their lights for example duing a raid on their base as they would have nvgs and the other side wouldn't
It looks cool
We wouldn't steal energy from foundation anymore (when their generators would go down we would still be operational)


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Players could abuse this by just turning it off and on (I don't think they will get that far tho)
Takes some time


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
When we (as goc) were raiding either CI or Foundation, and we forgot NVGs they always shut their lights off, by that they made most of us blind and visible (flashlight on the weapon emmits light) i feel like it would be fair for us to have our own way.

No, they can't. They can turn their LIGHTS off, their keypads, dispensers, etc. are all tied to Foundation's power. If Foundation has dispensers down, CI can't get shit from their dispensers, same with GOC.
