What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

This suggestion would entail adding a system similar to the FLC system, but for the state of relations between Foundation and the GOI's.

It would have checkboxes for certain permissions that the GOC are allowed to do on site, which can be checked via the personnel tablet by site admin, fcom and DEA cl4, similar to the attached screenshot.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows for a cohesive and efficient way of checking the current state of relations
Takes info that would be gained OOC back to being IC.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted because the current ways of DEA finding out the state of relations and permissions granted to GOI's is currently found out by three ways,

- an in-game decal that rarely gets updated
-announcements in the discord that can get lost in the clutter
-a roster based system (Exactly like the suggesstion) that has the capability to never get updated.

This would enhance the roleplay of DEA players and allow for a united front in terms of dealing with GOI's.

+I Cannot Overstate How Much I Support This
I'm not gonna lie, I looked at the title and rolled my eyes, wondering what kind of mechanic this could possibly be that couldn't otherwise be done in RP - So I'm pleasantly surprised to find what you're asking for here actually makes a lot of sense for something to have on the personnel tablet.

There are a couple other compelling points with this that I think you should consider including in the suggestion itself, the first and foremost being that
Takes info that would be gained OOC back to being IC.
Correct, however you can strengthen this argument by including the fact that it reduces reliance on external items like the Google Suite; Normally to get information like this, players would be perusing some external document or spreadsheet instead of an in-game source - My understanding is that reducing these behaviours is desired? But I either forget or don't know the full story. You do effectively state this with what you said here, but I think explicitly stating that it reduces reliance on stuff like Google Docs will help you out a lot here.

And finally, that it would add more use to the personnel tablet. It does have decent use cases already as a result of updates to it (Which I think are really cool) and this I think would help further cement the personnel tablet's role in RP. Remember that the personnel tablet counts toward the entity limit, so increasing how usable it is makes it matter more and more worthwhile.

This is genuinely a really good, simple and highly beneficial idea. I'm honestly kicking myself for not thinking of it, myself. Can I give you my joint award? You clearly deserve it more than I do, for this suggestion alone. Congratulations 🤯

Suggestion Denied

Hi @MaxoMaxoMaxo

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

We believe this would reduce roleplay and interaction by too large of a margin by adding a system of what a GOI "Can" and "Can't" do. Additionally there may be different restrictions placed on a GOI which wouldn't exist on this system which would need to be added and would require development work for something that can be done in game already via use of communications and a clipboard.

Your suggestion will now be locked and marked as denied.
