What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
He's crying, usually sitting against a wall with his hands covering his face and if required will slowly walk towards his destination

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
When breached SCP-096 is required to beeline directly towards anybody that may have seen a picture of his face, this could include D-block if a D-class has seen his face. After this he should attempt to make his way to the surface

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
SCP-096 must be beamed, then a bucket is placed onto his head at which point he will finish slaughtering anybody who may have been witness to his face and then enter a pacified state at which point he will be restrained and escorted back to his CC
