I am adding a section to my application which shows my plans for if I were to become SD.
In regard to my activity, I have been on an LOA for about a month and a half, due to having to go to Poland, where I'm from, but then having to stay longer than expected due to personal issues arising whilst there. Before that, I was active for roughly a month and a bit. With that in mind i have not been able to gain an CL4 role, so the majority of my RP has been on CL3 roles.

Why are you applying for Site Director?
As everyone knows by this point, SA is not in a good position, and with that, firstly, I feel sad to see the progression which so many people were involved with come to a stop. Whilst i feel Sad that technically a whole era of history is over for SA, I also see an opportunity for Progression to occur and a chance for SA to learn from the mistakes of past Site Admin members in the hope that a productive and welcoming environment can be present within SA, the benefit of that would lead straight into the main aim of the changes which have occured recently with Cade’s appointment to -1.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?

I am open heartily saying that i am not a perfect person and whilst people do make mistakes i have made a bunch of mistakes in my past and whilst i cannot ensure that i have been forgiven by the people who i wronged in the past i have attempted to do all that i can to show that i am sorry and that i do regret my action which i have learnt from, I think by being able to openly say that and realise where you have went wrong shows a level of maturity.Passion
I have always been passionate about the work I take part in, no matter the circumstances. For example Site Admin where i was the Medical and Research liason during the majority of my tenure as Site Advisor, during that time i actively kept in contact with all department heads both incharge of RSD and Medical, and whilst we were in contact I helped them with the rising issues they had in their department, for example i observed in RSD that there was a lack of initiative from lower ranking RSD personnel and the way i hoped to solve that was through making a project which involved Presnting them with cross-tests that were simple a feasible for their rank.dedication.

Already, I have thought of plans for SA, which I hope to both make the department more developed, whilst also aiming to be more welcoming. The plans for SA can be found be found after the responsibilities of SD. With other departments like GSD, I worked on making the department more fun by encouraging patrolling and trying to get SCU units involved with E-11’s Cross-tests. In Ethics, I created multiple operations for Assistants, whilst they did not have any active operations due to the ECMs at that time being busy, this allowed for the ECA team to continue to create great work that helped make Site-65 a better place.Roleplay creation
During my time in ISD before going on an LOA, I was working on minor projects; however, my most notable work in ISD was some informative posters and flyers I made for ISD, as all my main projects were still in the works when I went on an LOA.However, since joining RSD and working fully in the department, I have been working on lower clearance projects where i have allowed for Jr Researchers to assist me whilst I perform tests that were simple in methodology but had a more complex aim and goal. I am also currently planning on performing a test with 073 to test my EEG CAP that i have modified to record and allow for the performance and activity of the brain waves of anomalous humanoids to be recorded and measured, this test will allow me to ensure that the device is fully calibrated leading up to my big test with 076 and 330 where i will be researching the effect that 330 has on 076 and the EEG cap will be one of two methods that will be used to record and measure changes in perfromnce within the main cross-test which i hope will be public to all cl2+ personnel. The other method will be a heart rate monitor.
The 076 test is still being written up and is to be approved by an Exec, as I am still looking at the logistics of the test before I request to allow researchers to be allowed to watch the test, under the clairvoyance act.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Overseeing the Development of MTF Units and Departments

Auth AA During times where more than 2 keter SCPs are breachedAuthorising FSL, this could be done in a variety of situations with the main aim to trap and prevent a hostile group or even entity from leaving the site who might pose a risk to the site or has stolen foundation property.
Authorizing Passive Breaches, Where in most cases the SCPs body mass must be lowered to >15% and they must be escorted by E-11

Authorising tests, and other matters that might require SA Auth- this can be beMaintaining policies- Making sure that policies are up to date and that they do not contradict other policies but also that they are straight and simple to allow for no misunderstandings to occur.
SD Specific
Appointing and managing Site Managers, Site managers are crucial within SA, as they are an authoritative figure within SA, aside from the SD, who manage and mentor the Site Advisors and ensure they are performing as expected.Being the Head of SA, with this fact their performance and attitude are a direct representation of SA and due to that it is undeniably important to act to the highest standard on site as the SD is the most public highest ranking person on site.
Being a direct channel for FCOM to contact SA, the Director is a direct representative of the whole of SA and is the direct channel which FCOM can use to communicate matters which they would possibly like to relay or have SA investigate.

The specific duties are not yet fixed; these will be determined by the Site Advisors, who will serve as the primary managers for the interns.

As the last few months have not been the best for SA, I would begin by reviewing the past two months of departmental activity to identify areas where SA could provide additional support. I would also arrange meetings between Site Advisors and key groups such as MTF REGCOM and Department Senior Leadership.
The purpose of these meetings would be to create a fresh start, establish clear expectations, and set plans moving forward that benefit both SA and the departments.

I would like to establish a respectful relationship with a GOI that can be valuable to the Foundation. The meeting would not cover sensitive matters; instead, it would simply be an opportunity to build rapport and symbolically mark a new stage in our alliance with the UNGOC, alongside the introduction of the new SA team.
I will explore ways for Foundation staff to showcase their talents and exceptional work. SA could potentially create a dedicated fund to reward outstanding performance, allowing departments to approach SA for support in recognizing and appreciating their members’ contributions.

Over time, I hope SA can be a welcoming department that actively participates in the site’s daily operations, engages with the wider community, and earns recognition for who they are and what they do.
