Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
After I saw that the place on site advisor have vacant, I decided that I have the strength to try and get into SA, I also want to help with the site administration in everything it does because I have always looked at this work with respect and on the people who are doing this job. I always been a person to who you can turn and talk. I help everyone because I respect employees even those with a lower clearance level than me, because they are still people and pople must be treated with full respect. For six months I have been calm, helpful and active in everything I do, so I am applying for a site advisor.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have experince with creating a lot of perfect documents. I always contribute to any matter. If I can, I try to help everyone as much as I can. It's true I wasn't nice before but I've chenged my self. Now I have become a very calm, helpful person. I always strive for my goal to achieve it, even if the goal is very difficult, I do not give up. i can be a very firm person I don't agree with things that are against anyone on the Site. I wiil never sign any documents that wants to humilite, destroy or put anyone on the wrong light. I will help MTF units who sometimes don't know waht to do. I will attend in all meetings. I will support people who cannot cope or who do not know what to do in a given positon. I may even be able to spend the whole night on the documents to make them perfect. Everything what I wrote akes me a person suitable for this position I will be firm and not submissive. Im very creative person wchih wanna try a lot of new things.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Authorizing AA - During Code 5 when 2+ keter SCPs breached I can authorize Advanced Armory for MTF NCO+, and for E11 about taking piority on the most destructive and dangerouse SCPs.
Calling for ERT backup: I can call for backup to ERT during SCP contimate breach when MTF's units can do nothing and when they powerless. During ERT is authed in site their main piority is help in reacontain all SCPs. When all SCPs has been reacontain they must exfill from site because the are not needed any more.
Authorising Passive Breach: When I got reguest for example: 7722 not attacking anyone and his behaviour is passive I can auth this and It's means he can roam around site with E11 wchih guarding him. I can de-auth passive breach and in this time E11 must reacontain 7722.
Auth for training/tests: Some tests or trainings need approve from SA I can approve this but before better is contact with Site Director about this, also to do this is needed documents in which is writed everything what person want do, where, when, how long.
Reviews of Departaments: I can reviews how any departaments working correctly or no. check documentation or supervising their job.
Appoints MTF COM except O1/A1: If any MTF have a vacant on postion COMMANDER with Site director after discussion We can choose MTF COM.

Biography:
Herman Von Wittelsbach is person for which accuracy counts. He is still thrives and this means that he can learn many more things and he learn from mistakes. He was born In America correctly in Chicago, he grow up with his dad, they both was the part of fundation, sadly Herman didn't have time to meet their parents because they all die. When Herman grow up to 3 years old he spending all times in E-11 bunks and waiting when his dad back from work. Mark like spend all time with all E11 because this was his family. Dad take a break on E11 to learn everything his son. Dad wanted take his son on a little trip to Europe and it happened. When they were in Warsaw, Herman decided to enter in the fundation structure but his dad Herman wasn't happy from this because he known how this job is hard and Mark need learn a lot of new things.
Early life:
Herman was born in 12/10/2000 in *DELETED* at 3PM, Monday. He was called by one of good Italy Writer. After three years Herman saw he is in a suspicious place and he instantly knew this is not a normal place where people grow up. He took me somewhere where he would take care of me, but he also said this place is hell and kids should not be around.
FIVE YEARS LATER
When I was 8 years old, I started to learning important things that may help me get to an university. I asked this women, which cares about me for someone who can teach me something, then she called three men in white suits with cupboard and started teaching me how to write, physic, math and how to correctly and fluently speak Polish. After they finished, I heard sounds of weapons and people in green suits entered the room. They killed the mans who were teaching me everything. They didn't kill me, and then they got shot from the back. Suddenly woman from before entered the room and took me to another place and said "Here you will be safer than the place before". I asked, if I can roam around the place, then she asked on radio, if the place was safe. I heard a voice in radio which said "Yes, It's safe" then She took me, around us there were 7 soldiers with guns and we kept roaming. We entered a suspicious room, there was one person in orange suit, soldier with gun and man in a white suit holding cupboard. Women showed me what happened with the person who touched unknown item. Then I saw person in orange suit taking candies and eating them. Instantly he fell to the ground. Then soldier entered the room and said "Seems pretty dead to me". It was terrifying, then women said "You see, this is why things like those candies are here, because we have to protect people from anomalies like this one". Then I said "Interesting", but she was not happy because this intrigued me. Then We heard an alarm, someone said about contamination failure and instantly she takes me to the safe place with soldier.
TEN YEARS LATER [7/05/*****]
Finally I was 18 years old. "She" was still mysterious, unknown, and still looked very young, but she told me the story of this place and what they were doing. Then again, I heard shooting from the corridor and I decided to hide, where nobody would find me. Then I saw them again... Soldiers in green suit. The women got hit by a bullet. When they escaped, I came towards her body, and somehow she was still alive and she said to me:

I don't know how to escape but I won't leave this place! not now!
I saw How She was freezing and her hand fell on the floor. Then soldiers entered and took her body to a place where people tried to rescue her, but it was too late. I roamed around the site. I still could have seen her in front of me in my head, and suddenly she left me. Then I saw a soldier who said about looking for people to a security cadet position. I decided to attend in this training. Soldier took me to a place named Security Sector. This soldier was women, Captain Katie. I asked about the job:

Your priority is to guard D block. D block is a place where we have prisoners waiting to be tested. You must escort researchers to test on SCP subjects. You have guns on your job, but you should not use it against other people. If prisoners escape, you can give them three warnings. If this doesn't help, you are allowed to kill them.
Let us get back to the training..... I am giving you a document to read, and after you will be done, you will have a test to pass. Also we will be testing your shooting skills on shooting house.
I passed the test with 100% score. Kill house was easy as well, and Captain gave me a pistol and "stick"?. I also got hand cuffs and card with level 1 access. Then she said:

Congrats, you passed.... and now you should go to the D-block and do your job.
I went to this place and saw chaos, everyone was screaming, and researchers are talking about tests. Then researcher approached me and wanted to take me to the D class tests. I took one d class with me, searched him for any weapons or cards. After that I hand cuffed him and we started following researcher. We entered to the same room I was ten years ago, but this time there is no candies, it was a book. D class entered and started to read this book. Soon after he started to cough and fell down to the floor. I took him to the medical Sector but they said it is too late, and I should head back to the D class cellblock.
THREE YEARS LATER [08/10/****]
I have been promoted to Officer and got keycard level 3 access. In the same time on board of announcements I saw "Tryout to MTF Epsilon-11". I decided to attend and this time I meet Istvan E11 Lieutenant. He saw on projector every information about SCPs Heavy Contamination Zone, Lower and Upper. Then Mr. Lieutenant gave me a test. I passed it, then we also went to the kill house. After I passed it as well, He said:

Congratulations and welcome in Epsilon-11 privates. Now follow me to the changing room where I will give you suit. You must wear it if you are on a duty as E11 Operative. Also you must be active on radio all the time. After you will change yourself, come to HCZ primary checkpoint.

After changing the suit we went to the primary Checkpoint to Heavy Contamination Zone. Lieutenant takes us to the Epsilon-11 bunks. After ten minutes we heard an alarm about contamination failure and about two unknown SCP subject escaping from their Contamination chamber. Instantly I felt adrenaline.
FOUR YEARS LATER
I have been promoted to a sergeant. I did a lot of training. Also, I meet a lot of great people as MTF E-11 COMMANDER. But by now, I didn't feel any emotion from my job, then I remembered the words of the women who protected me as a kid. But I decided to stay at the foundation, but I want to go her path and be important person, as she was to me. Then I decided to pay a visit to the Lieutenant.

When I arrived to Site, I saw a lot of soldiers waiting on me and Site Director Mark. He took me to the Site Administration office where he showed me everything. Then He gave me keycard with level 4 access. Then he left the Office.
THREE MONTHS LATER [09/02/****]
I attended in a operation Phoenix to catch soldiers from Nu-7 and Beta-7 who were giving information away for Chaos Insurgency. I did everything, but I didn't sleep for 2 days because I had to catch the spies. We got them all, and they have been executed. Second operation had codename "Man Who Never sleep". In this operation we were looking for people who are over-working and are making mistakes. We wanted to talk with them. Security Officer Pavel said nothing important, doctor Emily said no one will tell her how to do her job correctly. I decided that I will handle it. I went to the Departament Director of Medicine Max and told him about the situation. She had to take the training again, and everything ended fine. I just remembered about Site-65 and decided I want to go back to Site-65 and work there as a Site Advisor. Then I went to Site Director Mark:

In this Eight Months I worked hard in Site-45 and kept waiting for the call from SIte-65. Then they called me. When I got back to my office, I heard about one Voice Mail message:
