I'm unable to join either UK or US server SCP RP

It is saying I can't connect to multiple CN servers on the same gamemode at once. If this message appears in error, go to civilnetworks.net for help.
This is when I am trying to join the UK server.
Trying to join the US server I get:
Disconnect: You cannot join these server(s) twice with the same account.
I am just trying to join the SCP RP servers

the server is currently having issues
