Partially Accepted Improve arrest/custody NPC logs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a couple of QoL changes:

• Store and list the job of the person when they were arrested
• Add buttons to copy SteamID of the arresting agent and the detainee, similar to the tab menu's

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Related, but not exactly the same.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

• Makes it easier to log arrest info externally
• Makes it easier to report users to staff via SteamID, e.g. for failRP
• Makes it easier to report users to department leads, e.g. for job bans

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

• Dev time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This would be a nice QoL change for IA and department leads.
