Accepted Increase ERT Exfil time

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Increases ERT Exfil time

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People getting their XP without being extremely against the clock
More time in site if SCPs are suddenly rebreached

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More time for ERT to shred d class on their way out if they decide to?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
HCZ is now big. Very big.

I timed the route from E11 bunks (very close to HCZ non spec) to the main elevator, it was 1 minute. The most recent ERT wave someone got out with only 14 seconds to spare, with the exfil order coming when they were in upper HCZ with no issues getting out. I imagine that if it were lower HCZ, they wouldn't have got out. Probably an oversight for the update, but the exfil time should be increased.

As stated, the person who had 14 seconds left was in upper HCZ and had no issues getting out.
