What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Doubles the XP you get from getting your document graded.
Currently (with 1.7 bonus), from an excellent you get 595 (?) XP, while the researchers get 1,700 XP.
As someone who loves writing documents (180+ autopsies written so far) and can even spend hours on certain documents (for O5s, ECO, Tribunal death cases), receiving this little XP doesn't feel right.
Alternatively, we could add to the Medical Department the same grading system that the Department of Research has, especially when the Department of Medicine does a lot of RP as well (not only my Coroner's Office).
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't think so; the current system has been around for a very long time.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More Support XP and an increase in activity from CL1-4 medical personnel (it doesn't mean their low-quality docs will be approved)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I don't think there's any.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Taking into account that researchers don't write many documents, despite being able to be rewarded with lots of XP and money, this may not increase the volume of documents in the Department of Medicine. But for sure, would reward people who love writing papers and RPing in a more passive/laboratory way, where they create their own RNG-ish RP.
