Is there a ban appeal priority?

So I was just wondering...
Is there, like a priority to SCP: RP ban appeals? Like:

1. Superadmin Required
2. NL Required
3. Regular

(I'm not fully certain on what NL stands for.)

I don't think there is any priority system or set time limit for ban appeals. They usually get reviewed whenever a staff member has time to handle them. And the tags are there because the ban was issued by a member of Server Leadership+, if I'm correct. Also, NL stands for Network Leadership, so people ranked Community Supervisor+
