I believe I have 2 verbal warnings, both on SCPs. One was 323, because I wasn't targeting CI (I genuinely could not tell who was with who due to not being familiar with what they look like), and a second was on 939 for, if I recall correctly, spam clicking (because I was an idiot).

Why are you applying for Security Captain:
GenSec leadership have encouraged me to pursue a promotion. I agreed because General Security is the only department I play, and I want to have more options when helping the friends I've made in GSD. But if it wasn't for the wonderful members of GSD leadership, including certain members who resigned, I would not have even thought about becoming a captain.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain:
I have been a Sergeant for about 4 months, and in that time I have helped where I could, be it GSD Leadership or new members of GSD. I am liked by members of General Security, and I have been told I know my stuff about General Security. I am also on every single day for several hours at a time, so there will be plenty of time for me to help GenSec in any way possible.

- Leading members of the General Security Department.
- Hosting license tryouts.
- Ensuring departmental relations others have with GSD are positive.

LORE:
Jamie is a former UIU operative who was hired after an operation conducted by the FBI's Unusual Incident Unit and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Occult and Supernatural Activities Taskforce. An agent of Mobile Task Force Iota-10 "Damn Feds" embedded within OSAT was a part of this operation and placed in a squad lead by the then Senior Agent Jamie F████. Jamie's squad, designated within the operation as "Iceberg", was placed on security duty, holding a perimeter outside the residence of Mr. ████████. His strictness with security put him on the radar of embedded agent ████. After the operation, a report to local foundation DoEA personnel was filed by ████, and a short investigation was launched, after which a representative was sent to hire him. Jamie was sent to Site-███ in ████ ██████, Canada.
5 months after employment at the site, an incident between Security Guard Jamie F████ and Security Officer ██████████ occurred, resulting in the hospitalisation of the officer, and the accidental discharge of a Nova shotgun with no deaths. The incident was caused when Officer ██████████ started insulting Jamie regarding his past with the UIU. When repeatedly ignored, the officer escalated by putting hands on Jamie, which caused Jamie to physically assault the officer with his radio. Jamie was subsequently demoted back down to the rank of Cadet, and transferred to Site-65 with a minor change to his identity, his last name being altered from F████ to Russell, after a deceased colleague of his. After regaining his rank of Security Guard, Jamie signed up for a Riot Control license. He was the only member of his round of tryouts to pass, and became a Response Unit. He climbed the ranks of Site-65 GSD, and eventually became a Sergeant.
About a month after his promotion to Sergeant, Jamie had an incident with the breached SCP-912. Sergeant Jamie Russell was snuck upon by SCP-912 after an attempted escape of a D-Class, and was detained by the SCP. During detainment, SCP-912 caused further injury to the Sergeant, dislocating his shoulder. Sergeant Jamie was then brought to the D-Block office, and held hostage as the MTF on-site arrived on scene. CCTV footage indicates that a classified individual from one of the local MTF teams stated "We don't negotiate with SCPs" and actively endangered the life of the kidnapped sergeant. SCP-912 released Jamie temporarily, and held him at gunpoint as the door opened. Jamie, under orders from SCP-912, slowly stepped out to retrieve a field kit from a dispenser. MTF personnel holding the top of the stairs to the D-Block office immediately fired upon SCP-912, catching Jamie in the crossfire, incapacitating him. When the door closed, medical personnel pulled Jamie up the stairs and evacuated him from the active combat zone. Jamie escaped with surprisingly minimal injuries. All sustained injuries were quick to be treated by medical teams. Jamie was put on medical leave for a week before being allowed to return to duty.
