Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
It should come as no supprise to the community that I have a fond liking of ISD/IA/RMP/Policing Organisations and I have always found my place in such regiments/departments attempting to reach as many people as possible in roleplay situations. I have discussed with the current ISD Directors my current situation and intially elected not to apply for the role of ISD Inspector again, however, I have recently decided returning to such a role may help my efforts to create roleplay in the short term. My aim as Internal Security Inspector is to create tricky roleplay situations leading to more investigations and operations for ISD personnel to operate in not only against other departments & MTFs but also against ISD itself to bring tribunals back to life and become more common.
My return has been abrupt and I am sure my ending will be just as such yet I wish to do as much as I can in said time to bring to light options we can explore for roleplay outside of normal loops.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have a wide range of experience on this server, MRP and other servers in policing regiments/departments as experienced in my whitelisted roles listed in OOC Information. I believe this makes me a strong candidate for the role of Internal Security Inspector and would hope all actions currently viewed from myself shows my suitability for Inspector.
My experience and knowledge is still relivent to this day seeing the core functions of the server are still the same. This will allow me to coast through any CL4 re-briefing of current ISD CL4 standards/documentation and enforcement of duties as CL4. I am also aproachable OOC allowing me to help anyone who needs guidance and can be aproachable IC when roleplay does not take me away.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Leadership is key. If you cannot lead as a CL4 personnel you should not have the role. Guiding new Agents/Operatives and even Investigators is key to the succsess as a member of CL4 ISD and the succsess of the department.
Character Splitting. As an Inspector I believe you need to be able to split your character between a supporting, informative ISD Inspector and you roleplay choice. You should be able to be a strong and potentially feared ISD Inspector if you so desire to be but also be able to be approachable by members of your department and those who have questions about ISD to help improve the experience for all those involved without mixing. Staying in-character is important in role-play, but it is also important to not block out those who need help and guidance.
Role knowledge is important for CL4 members of any department. If you do not understand your role and the role of your subordinates, you cannot complete your role to its full potential. People will look to their CL4 department members for guidance and as law enforcement it is imperrative to know what you are talking about and how your department operates to ensure those with power and privilages know how to act on the role.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have created many roleplay-serving documents. The one example I always return to is Operation Sparta - Major E-11 investigation which resulted in a major review of the E-11 CO team by Site Administration. I have also created a 70 page document for Operation Cosa - SOP investigation which was worked on by multiple ISD personnel at the time outlining key foundation security issues on surface.
A good document could have all the information in the world relivant to the document and be of poor quality because it is hard or impossible to read. Documents rely on contents and format. Blocks of text are hard and boring to read. Structureless text becomes a blur resulting in key information being missed resulting in miscommunication and potential misinterpretation. Good format increases the likelihood of people to read and understand the document.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The Internal Security Inspectors are expected to uphold the department's core duties. As a CL4 member of a department you are expected to continue your core duties as you would have done before becoming an Inspector whilst supporting your CL1-3 members of the department. In ISD's case this is only the CL3 members for Inspectors. ISD Inspectors should lead by example and show ISD CL3 appropriate ways of handling situations to ensure everyone leaves with the most positive mindset of the situation that they can. As an Inspector you are to make sure you remember not everyone will be happy with your choices and show ISD CL3 the best way to handle these situations. If an ISD CL4 sets the wrong example bad habits will set in resulting in disapproval of ISD.
Arrests and Tribunals are a key part of ISD with Tribunals being a key focus of mine. Inspectors are viewed as more seasoned ISD members and are trusted to make hard calls on arrests and tribunals. ISD Inspectors should be able to help ISD personnel and non ISD personnel with the FLC and appropriate punishments.
Inspectors are expected to help with the tribunal process and guide ISD CL3 through the workings of a tribunal to ensure a sucsessful trial occours.
Training and leading the Agents, Operatives and Investigators is a vital part of being an Inspector. When you train a new Agent/Operative you are their first contact for the department and likely the person they will look for when they have questions. As an Inspector you should be prepared to answer those questions and help the Agent, Operatives and Investigators to the best of your ability. You should be able to draw from your own experiences to show Agents, Operatives and Investigators the best way to handle situations to lead to a result most favourable for ISD results and appearance.
As ISD CL4 you will also be expected to complete introductory training for new agents/operatives as briefly mentioned before. You need to be confident in how ISD operates to ensure the correct impression is made on new ISD members and to make sure they can walk away confident in how to do their job or who to contact if they need additional support. If this is not possible then ISD Agents and Operatives may loose track of their role and how to perform their duties in an appropriate manner.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good leadership position holder for hte Internal Security Department because I have the experience and knowledge necessary to take on the role (again). I know how to set an example in the Internal Security Department and how to delegate tasks to ensure all members of ISD have a fun and enjoyable experience on the job. Where possible I try to encourage people to take part in interactions even if they are deemed questionable in-character to generate the roleplay.
My past history in ISD and IA has allowed me to explore many avenues in ISD roleplay. The ethical, to-the-rule path. The conflict starter path creating challenge against higher, corrupt authority. The rule bender, utilising the FLC and site policies to advantage ISD/IA in their duties. The rule breaker, becoming corrupt taking bribes and abusing SCPs. These roleplay paths allows me to share roleplay opertunities with ISD/IA and show them the wider view of roleplay which is fundimental to show players on a roleplay server.
