Lore: Carter, having grown tired of the standard issue security uniform, commissioned the Department of Design to create a new uniform tailored to him, drawing inspiration from the design of Area 12's and Site 19's security uniforms. His new uniform fairs well against the constant D-Block riots and offers greater protection against small arms during code 1's.
