What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:

I am a suitable candidate for Overseer assistant because of my ability to lead and create RP Scenarios. I am responsible and I can be relied upon if need be. I have been in a senior position before even if it's MTF, aswell as a CL4 RP position(Executive). I am able to take criticism and grow with it instead of taking it personally. I am also active on the server and will be contributing a lot.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:

There are a lot of responibilities that Assistants have, however I can mention a handful.

Assist and carry out orders of the O5 Council	The main priority of an Overseer Assistant is to help and carry out orders from the O5 Council. These orders are usually projects that assistants can do and are listed on the discord. The projects/orders can range from sampling SCPs to inspecting different departments.
Create and lead RP-Scenarios	Overseer assistants are expected to be able to both create and lead RP scenarios. They also have to be able relied upon to take over with RP at any point if needed.
Assist in auditing site document cabinets	There are times where assistants and A-1 have to go around the site to search and clear documents that don't belong in certain cabinets. An example of this would be going into E-11 bunks to check the cabinets and corkboard.
Keep track of site status and enforce FLC	Assistants make sure the site is stable and running smoothly. They make sure foundation personnel are following the FLC and proper conduct is being held.
Work alongside A-1	A-1 and Assistants usually work side to side in most if not all RP-Scenarios and events. There are also a lot of operations and projects that A-1 and OSAs work hand to hand on. Examples of an RP-Scenario that A-1 and assistants work together with could be infoleaks/breaches.
Authorise AA	During Code 5s that are severe enough to call for AA being authorised, if no one else is available to authorise it, Assistants are able to.
