PAC overview:
Bio - Joesef is a researcher who concerns himself with the preservation of all assets and life in Foundation tests and experiments. This includes even D-Class, with whom he still sees as people who have a job to do just like himself (if they are albeit on varying levels of dangerousness).
During an evaluation of a D-Class postSCP-099 encounter, Joesef took a second to stand and lean against the table he was interviewing the D-Class. He waved down the present GSD, signaling it was time to wrap up and take off. But behind him and out of his view, the D-Class reached across the desk and snagged his ballpoint pen all the while muttering about how Joesef was staring at him. Grabbing at Joesef's hair and wrenching his head back, digging the pen's point into Joesef's socket. GSD were quick to respond, sending a hailfire of rifle rounds into the D-Class while a medic tended to Joesef.
He lost his eye in the event, but he didn't lose faith in the D-Class, feeling guilt knowing that he subjected the D-Class to unnecessary cruelty in light of the Scopophobia 099 inflicts. Since then, Joesef has become close friends with medical staff who tend to his empty socket and replacements of his bandages. He always says that he'll get a prosthetic eventually, but he silently keeps the bandage as a reminder for what happens with negligence of people's conditions. Pac3 Requests - The presented PAC has toggles for different states of the bandage over the eye. Including dirty variants, a raised variant, and one variant where the bandages are fully off. Unique interactions include small RP events where I (Joesef) go to medical center for treatments
