Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I am applying for security captain because I have already had this position in the past and I fully understand the responsibilities, expectations, and the challenges that come with it. My previous experience as a Captain taught me valuable first hand experience in leading large group of men in gensec, managing security operations, and making difficult judgments in stressful situations. Since stepping down from that role, I have continued to be a sergeant myself, where I have been able to refine my leadership style, help new recruits, and ensure GenSec is well maintained during routine duties as well as emergencies.
Having already demonstrated effectiveness in this capacity, I can simply revert back to this role without the need for extra time to adjust. I am familiar with the procedures, the chain of command, and the need to maintain discipline while encouraging the GenSec. My intention is not just to ensure the facility is safe, but also to create a strong, reliable, and coordinated security team that can deal with any situation. Based on my experience, present position, and work dedication, I believe I am entitled to resume the position of Captain again, and perform to the best degree.
This isn’t just about a promotion, it’s about stepping back into a role I’ve proven myself in before, and bringing both my past Captain experience and my ongoing leadership skills as a Sergeant to make Gensec stronger than ever.

I believe I'm a strong candidate for security Captain because I already have the experience, the knowledge, and the leadership ability needed for the job. I've served as Captain in the past so I understand exactly what the job requires. From overseeing large scale security operations to making quick, effective decisions when things get difficult. I've also spent a long time in GenSec, which has kept me sharp and in touch with the team on the ground.
I know I can be a very good leader because I understand well how to mix respect and discipline. I understand when to encourage and when to be strict, and I am always worried about keeping the men prepared and organized for anything that might occur. My familiarity with the protocols, my ability to remain calm under pressure, and my commitment to the safety of the facility all make me a strong fit for this position. I’m not stepping into this role as a newcomer, I’m stepping in as someone who has already done the role, done it well, and is ready to do it again at the highest standard for sure.

A Security Captain is responsible for leading and managing the entire GenSec, making sure every operation runs smoothly and according to protocol. This involves coordinating patrols, assigning duties, and making sure security personnel are where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. The Captain is also the main go between for security and top command, conveying critical information and making quick decisions in emergency situations.
Another basic responsibility is guiding and training newer members so that they are aware of their jobs and can react in case situations appropriately. The Captain should also lead by example, staying calm during stressful moments, practicing discipline as a team, and making the facility safe at all times. Whether it’s handling high threat incidents, coordinating with specialised units, or maintaining order during day to day operations, the Captain’s role is to make sure security is always one step ahead.

He developed a strong foundation in both military service and professional combat sports before Foundation work, training heavily in mixed martial arts and brazilian jiu jitsu. It's this uncommon combination of strategy, discipline, and physical skill that makes him highly effective in situations of extreme pressure, both as a commander of teams and in individual response to threats.
