Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 Ban (September 21st), and 1 Warning (December 7th)
The ban was for the reason "LTAP", The reason for this was it was the first week of me playing the server and I was unaware D-Class couldnt kill other D-Class. It was late at night (~2am) and I wanted some Combat XP, so I stabbed ~2 D-Class with a knife then got off for the night. When I woke up I was banned, I had attempted to appeal it but it was over before SL could get to the ban appeal, so it was never handled.
The warning was for FailRP and Hitbox Abuse. This really should have been mixing and not FailRP due to the situation, because what had happened was in the kitchen located in D-Block checkpoint. A GENSEC Riot Sergeant came to arrest me, when he tried to FearRP me with a handcuff out I mentioned FearRP in voice chat once, and that was the result of that reason, the hitbox abuse was in the same situation when a second d class released me, I had pulled a pistol before he switched to his gun and shot him before jumping backwards once. He made the sit and I was warned once for the 2 reasons. (Some minor details may be wrong, It's been a little bit)

Why are you applying for Director of Research?
I am applying for the position of Deputy Director of Research for a multitude of reasons. The first of which is the want to gain more Clearances Level 4 experience, and with that administration/department leadership experience. The reason I wish to gain this experience is to 1. hopefully use it when applying for further position in the future (IE. Site Administration) along with improving my current duties as a leader and role model to those below me like my current position as an Executive Researcher requires. A second reason I wish to gain this position is to help better the state of the Executive Team and the Research Department as a whole. The research department is one of the most vital parts of the server and it being ethical, conducting themselves in a good manner, and ensuring that testing can happen in a efficient manner is a very important part to the server and to the gameplay loop for D-Class, GENSEC, and E-11 for HCZ Testing. I hope to not only implement new ideas and programs for the department but to also ensure that the department is always in a stable state, and if needed be able to have the ability and position to work alongside the primary director to implement new things to help researchers have more fun on the job. I also have received many recommendations from those I work around to apply for the position

What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
There is a lot of reasons I could be considered a suitable applicant for the position of Director of Research. The first of these reasons is my activity. I am on 6-7 hours a day, almost 150 hours every 2 weeks, and my time on GMOD only further proves this. This activity has been consistent for 5 years now with no intention to stop anything soon. A second reason I consider myself a suitable applicant is my professional while on-site as a foundation job. Whether it be Executive Researcher, Riot Sergeant, or Nu-7, if its a foundation job, I will be as professional as possible when handling my duties. My definition of professional includes elements of ensuring I use a respectful tone to anyone I am talking to, helping everyone to the best of my ability in a non-biased manner, and overall ensuring my current activities are ell known so that someone who needs help knows whether or not I'm busy, and if I'm not how contact me. A third reason for my suitability as an applicant is my open-door policy when it comes to communication. If you ping or message my on discord, I will get back within the hour unless I'm not home, where I'll get back to you the second I see the message, if I am contacted in game, I will most of the time, have the time to come meet and talk with you. I make sure that my job as an Executive is first before anything else and I plan to continue this mindset into this position should I receive it. I also always enjoyed doing my part with helping the new policies like sampling guidelines and giving my input within them, and thinking of new policies that are needed for the betterment of the department.

-Handle Executive Researcher application under their and the Directors discretion
-Ensure the Executive team is running smoothly and keeping up a standard of professionalism and activity
-Approve tests that include crosstesting of Safe -> Keter SCP Items, and Euclid -> Euclid SCP Items.
-Implement new policies for the department to solve issues
-Handle reports against members of the executive team
-ensure the smooth running of the department
-be the direct connection of the department to Cl5 members of staff
-Ensure the department is in a good standing with other departments and handle external and internal affairs regarding the research department and executive researcher team.

Iceland "With the termination of the SCP Item Designated #0... Who's calling the office at this time of day?"
*Iceland moves to pick up the phone, when he picks it up a voice is met on the other side*
O5-█: "Mr. Iceland, nice to see you hard at work after that trial we preformed with that dreaded shy guy. The world is well rid of him. Either way, due to your efforts in terminating him and to helping the foundation, we need to talk. I'll be down to your office soon."
*About 15 minutes go by until the keycard scanner outside the office sounds a granted tone. and the door swiftly opens. 2 Alpha-1 operatives walk in followed by an overseer.*
Iceland: "Good evening inspector, you said we needed to talk?"
O5-█: "Yes executive, please take a seat. So recently, we've noticed your attempts to help the foundation get rid of the threats to the world, such as 682 and 096. The difference with you is that you are actually succeeding. The foundation is flourishing with your efforts of Securing, Containing, and Protecting. Your efforts ensemble the Protect of the foundations phrase and for this we have an opportunity for you. We want you as the Director of Research. We know this may be a lot at this time so we'll give you a week to decide. So in one week come find me if your interested. Have a good day.
*The overseer walks out followed by his escort. Iceland sits back at his desk thinking of the offer.*
Iceland: "Director, its defiantly a step up... I'll give it this week to see how I feel."
*Iceland walks out of the office, and takes a step into core sector and takes a seat on one of the couches. Over the intercom a warning sounds.*
Intercom: "Code 5, SCP Containment Breach. Please seek shelter."
Iceland: "Radio Check. What's breached?"
Radio: "SCP-106 has breached containment sir."
Iceland: "Of course he is. Get a D-Class there ASAP, over."
*Iceland walks over to Entry Zone to enter the EOC, once the door opens he is met face to face with SCP-106 who within mere seconds of taking Iceland then hears the distant screams of the poor victim of the femur breaker, 106 quickly returns to his Chamber leaving Iceland scarred.*
Iceland: "I'm... Speechless.... Mere seconds saved my life... I know what I must do, for the betterment of humanity and to ensure our species continued survival."
*Iceland goes over private communications with the O5-Council*
