Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Basically, what I'm trying to say is that it's not excused, but still, what I'm saying is that I did these things because I lost everything(All my licenses). But since now I have a lot more to lose and I've not given up as of then, I've also changed a lot, so I hope that makes up for it. But it does not excuse what I did in the past.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I'm applying because I'm not going to lie here, and the truth is that I've always wanted to be a CL4 personnel. I want to help and teach people via the tryouts. I know it may be a simple reason, but that is the truth. I'm not out for malice—I'm just here to train people and gain more responsibility.
-
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I would say I am suitable to become an Inspector because, from what I’ve seen, I’ve done a good job, and I want to be better at doing the job so I can actually arrest people high in the CoC if they break the rules. I’m always trying to improve myself to fix any issues that may occur.
-
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
A person who can judge others and teach others while still being able to learn from their mistakes. An ideal inspector can deal with most things without needing a higher-up's assistance.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Honestly, I haven't gotten to write any major roleplay docs yet, as I haven't really gotten to that responsibility anywhere yet. The only docs I have written are two research docs and a lot of arrest reports, but they may not be of the highest quality as some since I didn't use a lot of time making them (I have dyslexia). Anyway, when I try, I can actually make something good.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: The responsibilities of an Internal Security Inspector are to assist in arrests, speak in tribunals, arrest the people in the CoC who are higher than investigators and whom normal agents usually can't arrest. Inspectors also conduct tryouts and observe agents and investigators to see if they do anything wrong.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I think there are a lot of people who would be good in a leadership position, but the reason why I should get it is that I do things without prejudice, and I don't retaliate. I don't get angered easily, nor do I feel the need to take out any issues on people. But most importantly, I love to train and help people, even if it is through discipline.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Name: Johnny Bugatti
Age:28
Date of birth: No record
Race: Danish
Johnny was born in Denmark, and he got through school after his brother decided to take his own life because of how people treated him at his school. He was infuriated that they didn’t receive punishment, so he decided to go all out in his academics in Denmark within the age of 16 because he was trying to seek justice for what happened to his brother when he was younger. He came to America at the small age of 17 when he decided to move to America to study at the UNO School of Criminology and Criminal Justice in Omaha and passed with high grades. After that, he applied for and got US citizenship, then quickly applied for the CIA. He passed and entered the CIA at the age of only 19. After being a field agent for one year, he joined the OIG (Office of the Inspector General) within the CIA. After that, he rose through the ranks of the OIG after he arrested a few agents for fraud and unsanctioned murder. He was good at this because he could easily lie and see when people were trying to hide and let injustice happen. But he left because he realized his superiors were filled with corruption and extreme misconduct. As he was sitting in a park outside, he was met by a hand that handed him an envelope with an invitation to join a way to fight for the truth and where there was no corruption. So he went to the meeting place, and he was taken in a van. After a few hours, a bag was placed over his head, and he was taken to an interview room, where he was questioned for an unknowable time until he was approved to be in the Foundation’s Internal Affairs.
