Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: no, my last warnings were nearly a month ago (March 14 was the last time I got a ban/warn):
Why should you be unbanned: I don't think I should be unbanned, but I think I should not be banned for 3 days for failRP, because not only I had 2 failRP warns (so eligible for 1 day ban or 10 minute jail) and one metagaming warn (eligible for 1-3 min jail), but I see no way for me to have failRPed. The following is the story and the admin sit:
There is my friend whose name goes as "Lunar" that we first met over one month ago, and we started planning to metagame and minge by going to 914/breaching SCPs, with the main way being for me to be a d-class and him to be a sergeant, me then stabbing him and grabbing the keycard.
for a long time we stopped talking and we no longer did those 'funny' things, but recently (yesterday) he PMed me in-game to go on Discord (check chat logs, I am not lying). after we went on Discord to vc, he convinced me to do those 'funny' things again, which I accepted. eventually we led a code black and ERT simply by going (ofc me d-class and him sergeant) to 682. the doors were not broken, but I had a CL4 that I picked up in d-block, so I could just go through. after that, I basically breached 682 and then 076. he went as 106, I went to 106, and breached him just after code black was over. I was gonna breach 939 too but I E-11 killed me.
today, after he (sergeant) escorted me and a sr researcher, the 682 door was broken, so he just abandoned the researcher and went in 682 instead. when we went there, he released me and stayed near the 682 door, where 682 (presumably was Luft) killed him. when I went downstairs his gun dropped, so I just picked it up fighted E-11 (I got killed).
After that event, he told me in Discord vc that he'll just failbreach 682 himself, and that he wanted me to say in OOC so that his color/name isn't shown. Luft caught us, so he tped us to an admin sit and told us that we'll get a 1 day ban. he did not yet have a final decision, as he said he'll not ban me, he'll ban me, etc as I just assisted him, etc. we tried lying as an effort to avoid getting banned, and I was biased so that only he gets the ban (without realizing the flag on OOC and the cuff logs). as a final decision we both got banned for 3 days, both having the reason "FailRP".
so while we were lying in the sit, I see no reason for me to have a failRP ban. He did try to failbreach, not me, but we both metagamed.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: there is no other rule I have broken for some time, I am just refraining from breaking other rules.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because I was E-11 and I loved being in it, and I also like the server. I can hardly find anything else fun other than this SCP RP server, and my life is very boring.
